DAY
1
On the first of the woodwork activity days we
made rubber band powered model aeroplanes.

Dad and Mr Beesley helped us. We had to cut the balsa wood to the right
sizes and glue it to a piece of backing paper. the backing paper made the
wings. It was quite hard to do.

When
we had made our planes and they were dry, we took them down to the High
School to fly them in the Sports Hall. They all flew.

DAY
2
On the second
day we were allowed to make anything we wanted. I wanted to make a
tractor. We had a black bin with all sorts of wood in it. We could have a
partner my partner was David.

|
We wanted to make a tractor. So we got some
square wood and we made a shape of a tractor and we glued it with a glue
gun. And put some wheels on it. My tractor tuned out to be a good
tractor. But
other people made a car or something.
These are the
things which were made by people in our group.
