School Council
|
Wigmore Primary School has had a School Council for over
eight years!
|
Each KS2 year group votes for two representatives twice a
year.
Councillors have to attend weekly meetings and we organise a rota for
children to bring in HEALTHY TUCK.
At our meetings we often discuss things which have been talked about in our
class Circle Times.

The council tuck shop is open twice a week. We sell plain
cakes, biscuits, fruit and milk as well as pencils, rulers, sharpeners and
rubbers.
We decide what to spend our profits on. It is often playground equipment.
Councillors give certificates to children who are specially kind, brave,
sensible or who have done something really special. |
